Regular biography
Jianqi HU is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, The University of Hong Kong (HKU). Before joining HKU, he was a postdoc researcher at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland, and Ecole Normale Supérieure in France. He received his B.E. from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2016, and his Ph.D. in photonics from EP,FL in 2021. His research interests include integrated nonlinear photonics, integrated ultrafast photonics, photonic computing, and structured light.
