Shaundra Daily

Shaundra 'Shani B' Daily is the Cue Family Professor of the Practice in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Duke University. Her research focuses on analyzing, designing, and building sociotechnical systems to support meaningful participation and success in STEM fields. Her work encompasses strategies to understand sociotechnical ecosystems, employ participatory approaches, design technologies that enhance emotional development, and build supportive infrastructure. Daily's research interests include identity-inclusive computing, human-centered design & engineering, and justice-centered STEM education.
