Regular biography
Prof. Thomas Bain is an Adjunct Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School, where he teaches in the MBA programmes. He is also an Adjunct Professor at CUHK-Shenzhen, teaching the MSc in Finance programme. With over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector, he has worked at the Central Bank of the Bahamas, JP Morgan, and Barclays Wealth. He has also established Bain Leadership Advisors Ltd. in Hong Kong, providing leadership consulting to major financial institutions. Prof. Bain holds a BSc (Hons.) from the University of London and an MBA from Columbia University. He has received the CUHK Business School’s Faculty Teaching Excellence Award multiple times and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
