Kashish Arora is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Decisions, Operations and Technology, Chinese University of Hong Kong Business School. Her research focuses on data-driven analysis of problems in supply chains, transportation, and marketplace operations. Her work has been published in top academic outlets such as Management Science and Manufacturing and Service Operations Management. Prior to joining CUHK, she was a faculty member at the Indian School of Business. She received her PhD in Operations Management from Cornell’s S.C. Johnson School of Management in 2022.
