Dr Xiaoran Hu

Dr Xiaoran Hu is an Assistant Professor of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science. His research explores emotions, power dynamics, and culture within organisations, focusing on fostering creativity, innovation, and employee well-being. His work has been published in top journals such as the Academy of Management Journal and Organization Science, and has appeared in platforms like Harvard Business Review. Dr Hu also receives teaching and research awards from LSE and the Academy of Management. He currently leads the PhD Programme for the Organisational Behaviour faculty group. Dr Hu holds a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from London Business School, an M.A. in Quantitative Methods from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Finance from Southeast University.
