Dr Jeffrey Thomas

Dr Jeffrey Thomas is an Assistant Professor of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science, Department of Management. He joined the department in September 2017. Dr Thomas holds a PhD in Management and Organizations from the New York University Stern School of Business, along with a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Florida International University and a BA in psychology from the University of Buffalo. His research focuses on competition and rivalry, employee voice, and proactive behaviour. He has published in journals such as the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and Journal of Personality Assessment. Prior to his academic career, he worked as a consultant in leadership development, employee selection, and training.
