Dr Ellie Stillwell

Dr Ellie Stillwell is an Assistant Professor of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science, Department of Management. She joined the Department in August 2022. Dr Stillwell holds a PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Work & Organisations from the University of Minnesota. Prior to her appointment at LSE, she was a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Management & Organisational Development Group at Northeastern University. Her research focuses on employee mental health, stress, well-being, organizational culture, identity, and inclusion. She has published in leading academic journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and Human Resource Management. Dr Stillwell uses a combination of experimental, field, and qualitative methods to explore the causes, consequences, and dynamics of flourishing and suffering in organizations.
