Dr Jonathan E. Booth is an Associate Professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science, Department of Management. He teaches courses in HRM, OB, and negotiations, primarily to MSc and PhD students and executive education participants. His course, The Dark Side of the Organisation, is a popular elective for MSc/PhD students. Dr Booth researches workplace stigma and mistreatment, employee prosocial behavior, and employee interactions with emerging technology. He has published in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal and the Journal of Applied Psychology. In 2020, he received the John T. Dunlop Outstanding Scholar Award. He currently serves as an Associate Editor for the British Journal of Industrial Relations.
