Professor (Education) Connson Locke

Professor Connson Locke is a Professor (Education) of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she serves as Deputy Head of Department (Teaching and Learning) in the Department of Management. She teaches leadership, organisational behaviour, and negotiation and decision making. Professor Locke has received several teaching awards, including the Department of Management Outstanding Teaching Contribution Award and the LSE Excellence in Education Award. She holds a PhD and MSc in Business Administration (Organisational Behaviour) from the University of California at Berkeley and a BA in Sociology from Harvard University. Before entering academia, she worked for 16 years as an educator, manager, and management consultant in the United States and Asia Pacific.
