Noriyuki YANAGAWA
Regular biography
Noriyuki YANAGAWA is a Professor at The University of Tokyo, Faculty of Economics. His research focuses on Financial Contracts, Law and Economics. He has conducted theoretical studies on contract theory, incomplete contract theory, and their applications in financial laws, securitization, corporate rehabilitation, and M&As. His work also includes economic analysis of corporate and contract laws, as well as organizational design using cases from the contents industries and macroeconomic analysis through the lens of contract theory. He has authored several books and articles in both Japanese and English, contributing to journals such as the International Review of Finance and the European Economic Review.
