Regular biography
Masaki YONEYAMA is a Professor at the University of Tokyo, Department of ECON. His research focuses on Financial Accounting, with particular emphasis on conceptual analysis in accounting standards and issues related to the adoption of international standards in the Japanese capital market. He has held academic positions at Gakushuin University and Waseda University. YONEYAMA has contributed to academic discussions through presentations at international conferences and has served on various committees, including the Accounting Standards Advisory Forum and the Japan Accounting Association. His work has been recognized with the Ota-Kurosawa Award in 2009.
