Regular biography
Yong XIANG is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Tsinghua University. He joined the department in 1998 and holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Technology from Tsinghua University. His research interests include mobile ad-hoc networks (MANET) and computer-supported cooperative work (CSCW), with a focus on routing protocols, media access control (MAC), and distributed workflows. He has contributed to projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National 863 High-Tech Program. His work includes publications on multi-channel MAC algorithms, energy-sensitive MANET routing protocols, and pattern-oriented workflow planners.
