Regular biography
Weijun CHEN is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Tsinghua University. He joined the department in 2010 and has been teaching courses such as Programming in Java, Introduction to Computer Programming, Operating Systems, and Advanced Programming in Python. His research areas include Education Technology and E-Learning. CHEN has received several teaching awards, including the Yearly Outstanding Teaching Award of Tsinghua University (2017, 2024) and the Advanced Individual Award of Tsinghua University (2024). He has authored multiple books on computer languages and programming, including Operating Systems and Programming in Java.
