Minlie HUANG

Minlie HUANG is a Professor, PhD, in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Tsinghua University. She joined the department in 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Physics from Tsinghua University (2000) and a PhD in Computer Science from Tsinghua University (2006). Her research interests include natural language processing, text mining, sentiment analysis, opinion mining, social data mining, and machine learning theories and applications. She has contributed to numerous top conferences and journals, including ACL, CIKM, ICDM, and Bioinformatics. She has also served as an area chair for EMNLP and as an associate editor for BMC Bioinformatics.
