Lifeng SUN

Lifeng SUN is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Tsinghua University. His research interests include networked multimedia, multimedia edge computing, multimedia big data, and video analysis and processing. He has published over 120 papers in these areas, including IEEE JSAC, TMM, TPDS, TIP, TCSVT, TMC, CVPR, INFOCOM, ICME, ACM TOMM, Multimedia, SIGIR, AAAI, and WWW. He has led collaborative research projects with industry partners such as Intel, Microsoft, Samsung, Boeing, Tencent, Baidu, Alibaba, Huawei, and Kuaishou. SUN has received several awards, including the Annual Best Paper Award of IEEE TCSVT (2010), Best Paper Award of ACM Multimedia (2012), and Best Student Paper Award of Multimedia Modeling (2015).
