Regular biography
Fengyuan REN is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Tsinghua University. He joined the department in 2002 and has been actively involved in research areas such as traffic control and management in computer networks, data center networking, wireless sensor networks, and optimization for transport systems in wireless networks. His work includes contributions to the design of wireless sensor network architectures and protocols, as well as research on active queue management and congestion control mechanisms. REN's research has been supported by several national projects, including the National 863 High-Tech Program and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has also published extensively in leading journals and conferences, including IEEE Trans. Wireless Communication and Computer Networks.
