Regular biography
Dongsheng Wang is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at Tsinghua University. He joined the department in 1995 and has been engaged in research areas such as computer architecture and processor security. His team has developed several significant technologies, including THUMP, a microprocessor with independent intellectual property rights, and various secure systems. He has also contributed to the discovery of multiple processor security vulnerabilities. Wang has published over 100 papers and holds more than 70 invention patents. His work has been recognized with several awards, including provincial and ministerial level honors.
