Yongfa Zhu

Prof. Yongfa Zhu is a full professor in the Department of Chemistry at Tsinghua University. He received his BS degree in 1985 from Nanjing University and his master's degree in 1988 from Peking University. He obtained his PhD degree in 1995 and has been affiliated with Tsinghua University since 1988. His research focuses on photocatalysis, environmental catalysis, and nanomaterials. Prof. Zhu has authored or co-authored 160 original research papers, three books, and twelve patents. His work includes studies on photocatalytic degradation of dyes and the development of efficient photocatalysts.
