Regular biography
Prof. Dr. Qionglin Liang is a Faculty member in the Department of Chemistry at Tsinghua University. His research focuses on organoid/organ-on-a-chip, multi-omics analysis, pharmaceutical analysis, and the modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). He has led the completion of China's first microfluidic chip-based drug R&D project, achieving significant progress in core technologies for organs-on-chips and the development of vascular, liver, kidney, and intestinal chip models. He has published over 300 peer-reviewed papers, holds more than 30 patents, and has co-authored 5 monographs. He has been awarded 3 National Science and Technology Progress Awards and numerous provincial/ministerial-level science and technology awards. He currently serves in several leadership roles within academic and professional organizations.
