Qiang Li

Prof. Qiang Li is a faculty member in the Department of Chemistry at Tsinghua University. He graduated from the Department of Material Science & Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1985, and obtained his Ph.D. from the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Technology for Materials Synthesis and Processing, Wuhan University of Technology in 1993. He joined Tsinghua University as a full professor in materials chemistry in 2000. His research interests include crystal materials, crystal growth, ferroelectric and anti-ferroelectric materials, and functional materials synthesis. He has contributed to the development of single crystal growth techniques and has authored several patents and publications in peer-reviewed journals.
