Lin Zhaoyang

Lin Zhaoyang is a Faculty member in the Department of Chemistry at Tsinghua University. His research focuses on developing solution-phase synthetic approaches to low-dimensional semiconductor, metal, and dielectric nanocrystals, studying surface ligand chemistry, and formulating solution-processable ink materials. His group is interested in scalable assembly of ink materials into solid-state thin films for flexible electronic devices. Lin's work includes fabrication of field-effect transistors and memory devices for large-scale and low-cost applications.
