Liang Zhao

Dr. Liang Zhao is a faculty member in the Department of Chemistry at Tsinghua University. He completed his bachelor's degree in chemistry at Peking University in 2002 and earned his PhD in Chemistry from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2007 under the guidance of Prof. Thomas C. W. Mak. Following postdoctoral studies at the University of Utah with Prof. Peter J. Stang, he joined Tsinghua University's Chemistry Department in 2009 and was appointed full professor in 2022. His research focuses on organometallic cluster chemistry and supramolecular chemistry, with notable publications in prestigious journals such as J. Am. Chem. Soc. and Nat. Commun.
