Regular biography
Dr. Jiangfei Xu is a faculty member in the Department of Chemistry at Tsinghua University. He received his BSc from Beijing Normal University in 2009 and his PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2014. After completing two years of postdoctoral training at Tsinghua University, he joined the Department of Chemistry as an assistant professor in 2016 and was promoted to associate professor in 2018. His research focuses on supramolecular photochemistry and supramolecular polymers. Dr. Xu has been recognized with the CCS Young Chemists Award (2018), the National Youth Talent Support Program (2020), and the CCS Lectureship Award for Creative Young Supramolecular Chemists (2022).
