Dr. Guocan Yu is an assistant professor in the Department of Chemistry at Tsinghua University. He received his BS degree in polymer materials and engineering from Hefei University of Technology in 2010 and his PhD in Chemistry from Zhejiang University in 2015 under the supervision of Prof. Feihe Huang. Yu joined Dr. Xiaoyuan (Shawn) Chen’s Laboratory of Molecular Imaging and Nanomedicine at the National Institutes of Health as a postdoctoral research fellow before becoming an assistant professor at Tsinghua University in late 2020. His research focuses on supramolecular functional materials and supramolecular theranostics. He has published extensively in top-tier journals and has been recognized as a Highly Cited Researcher.
