Fanghao Hu

Fanghao Hu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Tsinghua University. His research interests include optical spectroscopy and microscopy, imaging probes, and biophotonics. Hu earned his Ph.D. from Columbia University in 2017 and completed postdoctoral research there before joining Tsinghua University in 2020. His work has been published in prominent journals such as Nature Methods and Angewandte Chemie. Hu has received the Hammett Award from the Department of Chemistry at Columbia University and has been recognized as an outstanding student abroad by the Chinese government.
