Regular biography
LI Wei is an Associate Professor (Tenured) in the Department of Civil Engineering at Tsinghua University. His research interests include structural performance under earthquake, fire and impact loading, as well as concrete-filled steel tubular structures. He has led several research projects funded by the Natural Science Foundation of China and other organizations. LI Wei has also served in various editorial and professional roles, including Associate Editor for Structures and Fellow of The Institution of Structural Engineers. His academic contributions have been recognized through multiple awards and honors.
