DONG Cong

DONG Cong is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Tsinghua University. His research interests include structural systems reliability, structural optimization, and structural health monitoring. He has contributed to various academic publications and has been involved in projects such as the optimum design of the National Stadium and National Aquatics Center. DONG has held positions such as Assistant Professor and Director at the Institute of Aircraft Design and has been a member of several academic committees. He is also affiliated with the Institute of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Engineering (IDPME) at Tsinghua University.
