Yi, Han Kyung

Yi, Han Kyung is an Invited/Visiting Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CE) at KAIST. His research focuses on disaster management and international cooperation, including foreign direct investment promotion and international disaster management collaboration. Prior to his academic role, Yi served as the 7th Administrator, Disaster and Safety Management, Ministry of the Interior and Safety (MOIS), and held various leadership positions within the Ministry of Public Safety and Security and Gyeonggi Provincial Government. His professional experience includes roles in disaster response, recovery, and safety management policy.
