Regular biography
Professor Lee, Haeng-Ki is a faculty member in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at KAIST. His research focuses on Structural Analysis and Materials. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. Professor Lee's work involves computational modeling, experimental studies, and industrial applications to develop resilient infrastructure. His research areas include micromechanics-based materials modeling, structural retrofitting with advanced composites, and new construction materials. He has contributed to the development of materials such as FRLACC and electromagnetic shielding/absorption concrete.
