Lee Ji-Hwan

Lee Ji-Hwan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at KAIST. His research focuses on Organization & Strategy, Strategic and International Management. He is affiliated with the KAIST College of Business and can be contacted via email at jihwanlee@kaist.ac.kr. His work includes studies on corporate strategy, governance, and global business practices. He has contributed to various academic journals and has held leadership roles in several academic and industry organizations. Additionally, he has directed programs such as the Social Entrepreneurship MBA (SEMBA) and the KAIST-SK Impact Business Center.

Ji-Hwan Lee is a management scholar at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) with a focus on organizational behavior, corporate governance, and international business. His research explores how trust, risk perception, and social capital influence user acceptance of technology, corporate performance, and strategic adaptation. Lee's work also examines the role of outside directors, institutional pressures, and national economic disparities in shaping business practices. His studies highlight the interplay between collectivism, rater error, and organizational citizenship behaviors, as well as the impact of gender diversity on corporate social responsibility. Through empirical analyses, Lee contributes to understanding the dynamics of innovation, governance, and cross-border acquisitions in both domestic and international contexts.
