Byun, SukJoon is a Professor in the Department of Business Administration at KAIST. His research focuses on Finance, Financial Engineering, Derivatives, and Numerical Methods. He has published extensively in international journals, including works on volatility forecasting, option pricing, and corporate governance. Byun has also presented his research at numerous international conferences. His academic career includes positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Koram Bank prior to joining KAIST.
