Regular biography
CHO, HOON is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at KAIST. His research focuses on Finance and Real Estate Finance. He holds a Ph.D. in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2006), an MS in the same field from the same university (2001), an MBA in Finance from Seoul National University (1996), and a BBA in Business Administration from Seoul National University (1993). He has been an Assistant Professor at KAIST Graduate School of Finance since 2007. His research includes topics such as real estate valuation, commercial mortgage defaults, and securitization.
