Chung, Hakjin

Chung, Hakjin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at KAIST. His research focuses on Operations Strategy & Management Science, and Management Science. He holds a Ph.D. in Technology and Operations from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, an M.A. in Statistics from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Economics from Seoul National University. His work includes publications in journals such as Production and Operations Management and Manufacturing and Service Operations Management. His research areas include Revenue Management, Assortment Optimization, Procurement Auction, and Queueing List.
