Tae-Hyun Kim is an assistant professor in the Organization & Strategy department at the KAIST College of Business. His research focuses on how economic action is embedded in social structure, which facilitates or derails economic exchanges, constraints organizational choices, and assists or impedes organizational outcomes. His research interests also include corporate governance and corporate social responsibility. Before joining KAIST, he received a Ph.D. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. He teaches courses such as Leadership and Management of Organizations (MBA Level) and Organization Theory (MS/PhD Level).
