Ileana-Cristina Benea-Chelmus

Ileana-Cristina Benea-Chelmus is a Professor at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Department of Electrical Engineering (EE). She leads the Hybrid Photonics Laboratory, focusing on advanced microfabrication and integrated photonic components. Her teaching includes courses such as Electrotechnics II, Advanced Microfabrication Practicals, and Fundamentals of Integrated Photonic Components. She is also involved in doctoral programs in Microsystems and Microelectronics and Photonics.
