Regular biography
YUAN Cheng is a Faculty member in the Department of Economics at Peking University. He is an Associate Professor of Economics and has been affiliated with the Department of Public Finance since 2000. His research interests include Applied Econometrics, Applied Public Economics, Applied Economic Statistics, Public Policy and Program Evaluation, and Public Finance of Education. He has also held a Research Fellow position at the University of California at Berkeley from 2003 to 2004. Yuan has a Ph.D. in Management from Peking University and has taught courses such as Applied Economic Statistics, Mathematical Economics, and Econometrics.
