DONG Zhiyong is a professor in the Department of Economics at Peking University. He serves as the Dean of the School of Economics and has held various leadership roles within the university, including Associate Dean and Secretary of the Party Committee. His research focuses on Econometrics, Behavioral Economics, Experimental Economics, and Behavioral Finance. DONG has authored several publications, including books on Behavioral Economics and Capital Account Liberalization in China. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Renmin University of China, an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge, and a Ph.D. in Economics from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
