XIE Shiqing

XIE Shiqing is a Faculty member in the Department of Finance at Peking University's School of Economics. With a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, XIE has been affiliated with Peking University since 2007. They are certified as a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and have worked at the World Bank in Washington D.C. and Cell-Works Company of Maryland. Their research interests include financial risk management, financial crisis, international financial institutions, and infrastructure investment and financing. XIE teaches courses on credit risk measurement and management, non-life insurance actuarial science, international finance, and finance engineering software programming.
