Regular biography
TAO Tao is a professor and vice dean in the Department of International Economics and Trade at Peking University's School of Economics. He holds a BA, MA, and Ph.D. from Peking University, with additional training at Daito Bunka University, Japan, and the London School of Economics and Political Science. His research interests include international economics, international trade, Japan's economy, and world economy. He has been a lecturer since 1998 and an associate professor since 2002, advancing to professor in 2016.
