Regular biography
Qin Xuezheng is a professor and department chair of economics at Peking University's School of Economics. He serves as director of the Peking University Research Center for Market Economy and deputy dean of the Peking University Institute for Global Health and Development. His research interests include health economics, labor economics, and applied econometrics. Professor Qin's work is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education of China, and the International Development Research Center in Canada. He has authored numerous academic papers and books, including 'Economic Analysis of Mental Health in China' and 'Applied Econometrics with Eviews and SAS Examples.' He also holds editorial roles at several academic journals.
