Dr Jerome Jarrett
Regular biography
Dr Jerome Jarrett is a University Senior Lecturer in the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge, specializing in Engineering Design and Aeronautical Design. His research interests include Aerodynamic Design, Multi-Fidelity Design, Multidisciplinary Design Optimization, and Spectral Projection Methods for Uncertainty Quantification. He is also involved in Strategic themes such as Complex, Resilient, and Intelligent Systems. Dr Jarrett leads the fourth-year Aerodynamics course and lectures on Linear Algebra, Two-Dimensional Compressible Flow, and Light Aircraft Design. He supervises first-year Mechanical and Structural Engineering students at Trinity Hall and holds the position of Staff Fellow and Director of Studies in Part I Engineering at Trinity Hall.
