Andrea Ferrari

Andrea Ferrari is Professor of Nanotechnology in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Cambridge. His research interests include nanomaterials growth, modeling, characterization, and devices, with a focus on graphene, nanotubes, diamond-like carbon, and nanowires for applications in electronics and photonics. He founded and directs the Cambridge Graphene Centre and the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Graphene Technology. He chairs the management panel and is the Science and Technology Officer of the European Graphene Flagship.
