Paige MacLean is a lecturer in the Practice of Management at Yale School of Management and a fellow at the Yale Program on Social Enterprise, Innovation, and Impact. She teaches a course examining high-impact approaches to philanthropy, bringing leaders in the field to discuss and debate timely issues and case studies. MacLean is also the faculty advisor to the Social Impact Consulting Club and the Golub Capital Board Fellows Program. She serves as an independent advisor to individuals and families seeking to develop a personally meaningful and socially impactful philanthropic approach. With over 20 years of experience in organizational and board leadership, strategy consulting, and fundraising, she facilitates connections between clients, donors, and high-impact initiatives. MacLean received her MBA from Yale School of Management and her BA from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs.
