Gregory P. Licholai is a Lecturer in Management at Yale School of Management. He teaches Sustainable Innovation in Healthcare: Managing Continuous Improvements in Developing Products and Services. Licholai is also Chief Medical and Chief Innovation Officer at ICON plc. Previously, he was President of Rare Disease at Moderna Therapeutics and held leadership roles at McKinsey & Co., Quintiles, Amicus Therapeutics, Domain Associates, and Medtronic Neurological. He is co-founder of Immunome Therapeutics and has degrees from Harvard Business School, Yale School of Medicine, Columbia University, and Boston College. He trained in neurosurgery at the Brigham and Women's, Children's, and Massachusetts General Hospitals.
