Kevin D. Gray

Kevin D. Gray is Lecturer in the Practice of Management at Yale University and principal of Kevin D Gray Consulting (USA), a real estate advisory firm. He is also co-founder of Stone Road Capital LLC, an advisory firm based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, to raise capital for real estate and infrastructure projects in Asia. Mr. Gray received his M. Arch from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the Yale School of Management. He teaches about real estate finance and investment, international real estate, and the history of real estate patronage and ownership at the Yale School of Management. His research focuses on real estate and housing markets.
