Regular biography
Joshua Cascade is a Lecturer in the Practice of Management at Yale School of Management. With over 25 years of private equity experience, Cascade has led or co-led leveraged buyout transactions totaling over $2 billion in acquisition value. He was most recently a Managing Partner at Wellspring Capital and previously a member of the investment team at Odyssey Investment Partners. Cascade began his career at The Blackstone Group in 1994 after earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. Since 2018, he has taught a private equity course to MBA candidates at Yale School of Management and undergraduate business students at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
