Kelly Shue

Kelly Shue is a Professor of Finance at Yale School of Management. Her research interests include behavioral economics, behavioral finance, and corporate finance, with a focus on topics such as CEOs, corporate governance, financial reporting, and social networks. She is also engaged in work related to AI, leadership, and mergers & acquisitions. Shue is a Director of the European Finance Association and the Financial Research Association and serves as an Associate Editor at the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, and Review of Corporate Finance Studies. Prior to joining Yale, she was a faculty member at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She holds a PhD in Economics and an AB in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.
