Beth Anne Helgason is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Yale School of Management. Her research focuses on behavioral science, decision-making, ethics, and organizational behavior. She investigates how people judge and make decisions about ethics and morality, including lay theories of honesty and moral norms. Her work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Journal of Experimental Psychology: General, and Organization Science. She teaches Business Ethics to the MBA and Master’s in Asset Management programs at Yale School of Management. Helgason earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from London Business School and holds a B.Sc. in Psychology and M.Sc. in Management from Queen's University, Canada.
