Jennifer Dannals

Jennifer Dannals is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Yale School of Management. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, behavioral science, women in leadership, and decision-making. She studies how individuals perceive group behavior and social norms, as well as gender dynamics in organizations. Dannals previously served as an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Management at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College from 2018 to 2022. She holds a Ph.D. from Stanford's Graduate School of Business in Organizational Behavior (Micro) and an A.B. in Psychology from Princeton University. Her work has been published in several academic journals, and she teaches the 'Managing Groups and Teams' course in the MBA program at Yale.
