Pierre Bodéré is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Yale University's School of Management. His research focuses on empirical industrial organization, combining data with equilibrium models to understand the provision of services such as education and health care. He examines the role of government policies in mitigating inequality in access to these services, with recent studies investigating the consequences of public spending in early education on families and providers. His work also involves developing new methods to measure wait times for surgical care and their impact on health outcomes. He received his PhD from New York University in 2023.
